		<description>And that is what our beloved sport has devolved to...nothing more than a business. Doesn&#039;t that make you sad? I hate the thought that our measuring stick of success in a college football system is how much revenue it can generate. That&#039;s what pro sports are supposed to worry about. College sports were meant to be and always should be about the athletes and athletics, not money. That&#039;s why they aren&#039;t paid. I hope people realize that a playoff would generate more revenue anyways, not to mention shifting the focus from the money to the sport again...best of both worlds.</description>

It&#039;s patently false, big-time college athletics is all about the money and has been for the last 20 years if not more.</description>
