More importantly, your proposal is spot on. It makes sense geographically, in terms of rivalries and potential rivalries and, most important of fall, in terms of competitiveness. Hopefully the people in charge, you will be making this decision in the near future, will see the logic in this. Too many say that you have to break up the big 4 (Nebr., OSU, PSU, Michigan) but Iowa and Wisconsin have been quite competetive and when included they balance out the divisions (especially if you see Indiana, likely the weakest team year in and year out in the East).
