		<description>There has been a lot of plans proposed, but I can tell you that Washington, WSU, Oregon, OSU, Utah, and Colorado will all shoot down the proposal that leaves them separated from California.

		<description>Well, first of all I disagree with your statement that &quot;no one has said much about how the conference should be structured&quot;...in fact there&#039;s been a lot of discussion.  More importantly, your proposal is spot on.  It makes sense geographically, in terms of rivalries and potential rivalries and, most important of fall, in terms of competitiveness.  Hopefully the people in charge, you will be making this decision in the near future, will see the logic in this.  Too many say that you have to break up the big 4 (Nebr., OSU, PSU, Michigan) but Iowa and Wisconsin have been quite competetive and when included they balance out the divisions (especially if you see Indiana, likely the weakest team year in and year out in the East).  GBR!</description>
