Predictions For The 2015 Season

College football season is right around the corner. Before any official rankings (ie: expectations) are released, I’m going to chime in with some predictions for the 2015 season. Remember, you read them here first folks. If I’m right that is. If I’m wrong then you won’t remember this post anyway.

Conference Champions

American: UCF tops Memphis in the championship game
ACC: Florida State wins the rematch over Georgia Tech
Big 12: TCU goes through the league with ease
Big Ten: Ohio State over Minnesota
C-USA: Crap over garbage in the championship
MAC: Irrelevant tops unknown in the championship
Mountain West: Boise State beats San Diego State
Pac-12: USC wins a close one over Oregon
SEC: Alabama over Georgia
Sun Belt: Roll an 11-sided dice

Four Playoff Teams

(1) TCU vs (4) USC
(2) Alabama vs (3) Ohio State

Alabama will beat USC in the championship game. TCU will be the only undefeated headed into the playoff. Alabama and Ohio State will have 1 loss each. USC will have 2 losses but so will Florida State and USC will get in over them. Boise State will have 1 loss and get into a New Year’s Bowl again.

New Year’s Bowl Games

Cotton Bowl: TCU vs USC
Orange Bowl: Alabama vs Ohio State
Peach Bowl: Florida State vs Georgia
Fiesta Bowl: Boise State vs Clemson
Rose Bowl: Oregon vs Michigan State
Sugar Bowl: LSU vs Oklahoma

Guess we’ll wait and see how it all plays out.
