The Final 2009 BCS Rankings and Bowls
These of course are not out yet, but through my sloppy sapience, I will just tell you what is going to happen this weekend, who gets ranked where, and who ends up in which bowls. How you ask? Simple, I’m guessing. As we’ve seen from some past predictions, my guesses don’t always go so well. Which can mean two things. Either I’m bound to be right this time for once, or you can always believe the opposite of what I predict. You can decide.

Call me crazy, but that’s how I see this thing playing out. What do you think?

So far, your picks are lookin’ good, bud.
BCS: I pick a gratious Texas and Colt McCoy to defeat Alabama’s mean defense. The tough game against Nebraska will serve as a crucial learning experience in preparation for the championship.
I’m also liking your pick for the Sugar Bowl. It is most definitely looking like it will be TCU vs. Florida. Even though Florida lost, this is TCU’s chance to earn some credibility. Florida is a great team, but I think they’re going to take this game for granted, feeling underachieved for not going to the championship as usual.
I absolutely love that you picked these before any of this conference championship mess took place.
Another comment: Arizona is a future team to watch. With Bob Stoops brother creating a force to be reckoned with within the Pac-10, I think they are the dominant force to-be in the next decade within the Pac-10.
With all these undefeated teams at the end of the season, maybe some of the big-wigs in college football will be convinced its time for FBS play-offs.
